Hi, I’m Kelleigh Shea — a third-generation Alaskan, proud wife to my husband Matt, and mom to our three amazing kids. Born and raised in Anchorage, I have a deep appreciation for the lifestyle, community, and natural beauty that make Alaska such an incredible place to call home. This isn’t just where I work — it’s where my roots are.

I hold a double major in Business Management and Marketing, and I leverage that background to strategically position every home I represent. From pricing and presentation to marketing exposure and skilled negotiation, I approach each listing with a customized plan designed to maximize value and deliver results.

Over the past 12 years, I’ve helped more than 600 families buy and sell homes, representing over $200 million in sales volume. While I’m proud of those numbers, real estate has never been just about transactions for me — it’s about people.
